Miranda sold my house in one day. She makes the day that your house goes on the market a big deal and wants everything to be perfect, now I know why. I will be using Miranda to buy my next house too. "Hint" I want to buy another house beginning of 2019 and I want a 4 bedroom 2 car garage in the Henry Clay school area.

They take care of their clients during the home buying/selling process, but they also do the same once the deal is done. These agents become friends and valued resources for life. Big time major kudos to our agent, Amie Hieneman for going above and beyond in getting us into our forever home! Amie was a true pleasure to work with and she is the one you need to ask for when buying or selling your home! Any time we texted Amie, she was right on it with a response and made our home buying process easy as could be. I’m sure we probably bugged the heck out of her with all the questions and “Hey Amie, what about this or what about that or what do we do about such and such”. She handled everything! All we had to do was just…show up to the closing. Amie made it a point to tell us that her work with us doesn’t end at closing and we can always reach out to her with questions. Even more than a month after the closing, we’re glad to still be in touch with Amie, but now as friends. She’s a gem. If you’re in the market to buy or sell, get a hold of ERA Select Realty in Lexington and ask for Amie Hieneman before you do anything.
